1. How to make my Flipbook ?
Let's start with the beginning !
It couldn't be simpler : all you have to do is select the tab you want : "Create your Flipbook" > "With a personalized cover" or "Choose from our covers". If you want to make a Flipbook with a personalized cover, you simply have to upload your video or image file and then select the different personalization elements presented on the page. Now all you have to do is write down the number of Flipbooks you want to order and click the "Add to Cart" button.
What kind of files should I send ?
We recommend that you send us video files of 3 to 7 seconds, (as close as possible to the 4:3 format) or a series of 48 photos/images (combined in a single folder), timelapse type.
How to send my photos and videos ?
When you are on the page of the product you have selected, click on the white rectangle or on the text: "Upload your Flipbook video here". By clicking on the rectangle or directly on the text, you access the files on your computer or your phone. All you have to do is select the video or file you want to use to make your Flipbook. This loads directly onto the store page, (a green gauge appears when your file is uploaded).
What photo/video format should I send ?
You can download videos in mp4 format and photos in JPEG or PNG format for a size up to 15MB.
We recommend that you send us files in 4:3 format of good quality for optimal printing of the images.

How many pages are there in a Flipbook ?
The Flipbook consists of 48 pages. This is why we ask you to give us a suite of 48 images if you want to make a Flipbook from photos or drawings. When you send us a video of 3 to 7 seconds, we cut it into 48 images which will then be printed.

2. Making my order
Comment m’assurer que ma commande a bien été prise en compte ?
You will receive a confirmation email at the address used a few minutes after validation of your payment. If you have not received it, first check that it is not in your spam. If this is not the case, write to us at contact@myflipbook.fr so that we can ensure that your order has been registered.
How to confirm / modify my order ?
When you have finished your creation, add it to your shopping cart by clicking on the "CART" icon. Follow the steps 1 Basket > 2 Billing and shipping address > 3 Enter your payment card codes then tick the box "I have read and I accept the general conditions" then click on "Order" in order to validate definitively your order.

How to add or delete a Flipbook from my cart ?
Start by going to your shopping cart

- To delete a Flipbook: click on the red cross to the left of the Flipbook you want to delete. This will then be removed from your basket.

- To add a Flipbook: all you have to do is start creating an additional Flipbook and then click on "Add to cart". All you have to do is place an order with these two products.

- To order multiple copies of the same product: add this product to your basket, then click on the drop-down list next to the product you just added and choose the quantity you want.
Can I cancel or modify my order ?
As soon as you confirm your order, it is sent directly to production in order to deliver it to you as quickly as possible. Also, it is unfortunately not possible to cancel it or even modify it once printing has started. . For information: Personalized products like those we offer are not subject to the right of withdrawal.
Can I modify my shipping address ?
If you wish to change your delivery address after placing your order, write to us at contact@myflipbook.fr within 24 hours maximum after the validation of your order so that we take this new information into account.
How to send the same Flipbook to multiple recipients ?
You have 3 options :

- Place a single order on our store with the desired number of Flipbooks that you receive directly at home. Once received, you can mail or hand-deliver your Flipbooks to your loved ones.

- Place an order per person to whom you wish to offer a Flipbook from our store. We manufacture and send their Flipbook directly to each recipient.

- Reach us at contactmyflipbook.fr so that we can see together how to make your Flipbooks in a single order and send them directly to each recipient.
3. Payment and fees
Where can I find my invoice ?
You will find your invoice attached to your confirmation email. To avoid waste we do not include any invoice in your orders.

Are my purchases secure?
For an ultra-secure payment, all our transactions are encrypted. We work with Stripe, a payment partner approved as a banking institution. All your data is encrypted in SSL for an ultra secure payment. Stripe is a reference used by the biggest brands for many years. Note that we also have HTTPS certificates.
Do you offer discounts for large quantity orders?
Our prices are decreasing according to the number of Flipbooks you order.
4. Coupons
How to use a coupon ?
To use a coupon, you must note it in the "Promo Code" field when checking out, just before the "Billing Details" tab. The value of the offer linked to this code will be automatically deducted.

- It is not possible to combine several coupons.
- For your coupon to be taken into account, make sure that it corresponds to the product mentioned in the promotional offer and that it has not expired.
I forgot to fill in my coupon
When an order is validated, it is impossible to modify it and therefore to give you the benefit of a coupon afterwards, the transaction being validated in our system. If your code is still valid, we invite you to use it on your next order.
My coupon isn't working
If your coupon does not work, check the following points :
– check that it has not expired
– check the spelling of the promo code (do not confuse the "0" and the "O" or the "I" and the "1" (number / letter)
5. Shipping
What are the delivery times and otions ?
The production time depends on the quantity of Flipbooks you order but they are generally shipped within 48 hours. We then send your order by La Poste in "Green Letter" within 2 to 3 working days. If it is a large order, it will be delivered by La Poste in Letter Followed within 2 to 3 days, after delivery to the post office, and therefore with a tracking number.
NB: Delivery times to the overseas departments and territories and Canary Islands are slightly longer than those mentioned above.

Do you ship to overseas departments and territories ?
We ensure delivery in the overseas departments and territories ? (Guadeloupe, La Réunion, Guyana, Martinique, Mayotte, French Polynesia, Saint-Barthélemy, Saint-Martin, Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, Wallis-et-Futuna and New Caledonia). Simply specify the country when entering your delivery address. The delivery costs are identical to those of metropolitan France.
6. The Flipbook
What is a Flipbook ?
A Flipbook, also known as a "flipbook", is a small book no bigger than a business card. On each page is printed or drawn an image, the sequence of which constitutes a continuation, or a "sequence". By quickly scrolling through the pages of this booklet, the sequence appears to the eye as a video or a cartoon.
How to print a Flipbook ?
Flipbook images are printed on large sheets, then cut so that each image has its own sheet. You must then assemble these sheets in order. Several techniques are possible: the "square glued back", binding, stapling, or even riveting. Once assembled, it is possible to scroll the pages to reveal the animation contained in the Flipbook.
Are Flipbooks eco-friendly ?
You won't want to get rid of your Flipbook once you have it in your hands. But if you ever want to get rid of it one day, know that the inside of our Flipbooks is recyclable, (apart from the staple used to bind your Flipbook and the cover). Simply tear off the cover from the rest of the booklet and throw the inside of your Flipbook in a bin designated for recyclable materials. We use FSC papers for the production of your Flipbooks. In addition, all our products are made in France, from our premises located in Hauts-de-Seine.
